Erste Group: Erste Women’s Hub held its 4th annual summer networking event last week. This year's topic was #glaubandich (believe in yourself) and what it means for career success. The evening featured an interactive discussion with Erste leaders. There was an overall consensus that women should remain authentic in defining their own personal “brand” and should speak up openly when it comes to their career ambitions. In addition, both women and men can benefit from a greater gender balance in organisations and especially in decision-making bodies.
