VIG offers group-wide mobility programs to facilitate trainings and know-how transfer between the VIG Head Office and our Group companies in CEE. Ana Kovacevic (Croatia) and Miona Graorac (Bosnia and Herzegovina) are spending a few months here to learn about VIG standards and processes in the fields of Corporate Risk Business and Actuarial Services. Angela Fleischlig-Tangl (middle) from the HR department is convinced that “the programs are intense and quite a challenge both on a personal and professional level, but it is wonderful to see the candidates connecting with our teams and enjoy the international exposure.”
